Cancellations and Refund Policy

At Quickworkz Infotech Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide exceptional services in website development, customized applications, and digital marketing. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where clients need to cancel or seek refunds for services rendered. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below:


1. Cancellations:

1.1 Clients may request cancellations of services by providing written notice to Quickworkz Infotech Pvt Ltd. Notice should be given at least 10 working days before the scheduled start date of the project or as otherwise agreed upon between the parties. Additional terms and conditions regarding cancellations during the project will be outlined in the agreement between the client and Quickworkz Infotech Pvt Ltd.

1.2 Cancellation requests made after the specified start of the project, may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be determined based on the extent of work completed and any costs incurred by Techno Tackle Software Solutions up to that point.

1.3 If Quickworkz Infotech Pvt Ltd initiates a cancellation of services due to unforeseen circumstances or inability to fulfill the agreed-upon obligations, clients will receive a full refund of any fees paid in advance.


2. Refunds:

2.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Quickworkz Infotech Pvt Ltd designated contact person.


2.2 Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • If services are terminated by Quickworkz before completion due to reasons within our control
  • If services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards

    3.1 This policy does not apply to any third-party fees or expenses incurred by the client regarding the services provided by Quickworkz Infotech Pvt Ltd.


    3.2 Any changes or modifications to this policy must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and included as an amendment to the service agreement.


    4. Dispute Resolution:

    4.1 In the event of a dispute regarding refunds or cancellations, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably.

    4.2 If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may pursue legal remedies available under the terms of the service agreement and applicable laws.
