Cancellation Procedure
1. Any materials or assets booked through Rento APP may only be returned to respective company provided they are identical to the product that Rent APP Supplied and are in seal-pack condition. Once payment has been completed to Rental companies, the product cannot be canceled or exchanged if your mind changes.
2. All assets and materials rented by the Rental companies must be returned by the prearranged return date.
3. Items must be returned in the same state as when they were rented, with the exception of reasonable wear and tear. Extra charges could be incurred for damage or excessive wear.
4. Every return will be examined. Any damage that goes beyond typical wear and tear will be evaluated, and there may be fees associated with replacement or repair. Please allow 10 business days for the Reschedule to be reflected in your account.
